Heat and Low-Frequency Care
This device combines low-frequency EMS stimulation with heat for the neck area. Compared with EMS HEAT NECK, DR. HEAT NECK has been upgraded to send EMS stimulation not only to the back of the neck and shoulder area, but also to the sides of the neck.

Ease of Use
The rated use time is 15 minutes. The instruction manual also states that the device automatically turns off after 15 minutes, making it easy to include in a daily routine without overuse.

How to Use EMS
To transmit the low-frequency EMS stimulation properly, the neck area touched by the low-frequency heating pads should be moistened with water or lukewarm water before use. If using only the heating mode, moistening is not required.
