Please note that we act as a purchasing agent in Japan, and our cancellation policy is based on Japanese law.
1. Before the purchase order is placed
We usually place purchase orders within one business day after receiving an order.If the purchase order has not yet been completed at the time we receive your cancellation request, you may cancel free of charge.
2. After the purchase order is placed
We will first contact the relevant supplier or shop where the item is being purchased and confirm whether cancellation and refund are possible.If cancellation is possible after confirmation, we can process the cancellation. However, please note that a cancellation fee based on the following rates, as well as any related expenses such as return shipping fees or cancellation fees charged according to the supplier’s policy, will apply.
・Within 24 hours of placing the order: 30% of the order amount
・Before international shipment: 50% of the order amount
・After international shipment: Cancellation is not possible.

1. In the case of initial defects
All products are checked by WorldShopping before shipment, and only items confirmed to have no issues will proceed to the shipping process.Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to initial defects.However, damage may occur during international shipping. For this, paid insurance can be added in advance. You can check this option on the payment screen.
2. In the case of incorrect delivery
Please contact WorldShopping. They will check the situation and proceed with the necessary response.
3. Returns for customer convenience
As a general rule, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as differences in size or image, are not accepted.

Please let us know who is responsible for paying customs duties and other taxes, as well as the timing and method of payment.
Customs duties, including import consumption tax and customs clearance fees, are generally the responsibility of the purchaser.Depending on the shipping method and the settings of each country, there are two possible payment methods: paying at checkout, known as DDP, or paying upon receipt, known as DDU.Whether customs duties apply and the applicable tax rate will be finally determined and calculated by the customs authority of the importing country after the products have been shipped.
Advance notice:
We do not provide an exact customs duty amount in advance. However, if you select a DDP-compatible shipping method, an estimated amount will be displayed and added at the checkout screen.
Tax exemption:
Depending on the duty-free threshold of each country, customs duties may not be charged.
A. Paying at checkout — DDP: customs duties prepaid
For deliveries to the United States, it may be possible to pay customs duties together with the product price at checkout on the WorldShopping payment screen.
Benefit:
No payment is required when receiving the package, allowing for smoother delivery.

B. Paying upon receipt of the package — DDU: customs duties paid later
If DDP does not apply, and customs duties are incurred, the shipping carrier will temporarily pay them on behalf of the customer. The customer will then pay the shipping company directly using one of the following methods:
Cash on delivery:
Pay on the spot when receiving the package.
Prepayment:
A customs duty notice is sent in advance, and the package is delivered after payment is completed.
Post-payment:
After receiving the product, pay according to the invoice sent at a later date, such as from FedEx.

Can a purchasing failure occur?
Yes, it is possible.In particular, we offer many limited-edition items, rare products handled by small businesses, and products with limited production quantities. Made-to-order products are indicated in the product name, and we also check stock levels regularly, but this may not always be perfect. If you are concerned, please contact us in advance to confirm availability. If we are unable to purchase the item, we will issue a full refund for that product.
How much will the shipping fee be?
We offer free shipping for purchases of US$650 or more, so we highly recommend taking advantage of this benefit.
For orders under US$650, the shipping fee depends on the size and weight of the package after packing, so we cannot provide a fixed amount in advance. You can simulate the shipping fee on the checkout screen. As a general guide, the estimated shipping fees for standard packages are as follows:
Up to 1 kg: Up to US$35
Up to 5 kg: Up to US$100
Up to 10 kg: Up to US$150
Why is the payment split into two separate payments?
The payment is split into two separate charges:
1. Order amount
This includes the product price, Japanese domestic consumption tax, domestic shipping within Japan, purchasing service fees, and related costs.
2. International shipping fee
This includes the international shipping cost from the WorldShopping warehouse to your home, international shipping handling fees, and international shipping insurance.
What happens if the second payment is not completed?
If payment cannot be confirmed, WorldShopping will send reminder notices on the 14th, 20th, and 30th day. Please note that if payment still cannot be confirmed by the 31st day, the order will be treated as cancelled, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
Which shipping company do you use?
We mainly use EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by Japan Post. If EMS is not available, we use other carriers such as FedEx or DHL. For reasons such as insurance coverage or making it easier to clear customs regulations for beauty-related products, if you have a preferred shipping carrier, we can arrange shipment according to your preference. You can select your preferred shipping carrier yourself on the management page, so please check there. However, depending on prohibited items, the delivery area covered by each carrier, or other conditions, there may be cases where only one shipping carrier is available.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies greatly depending on the products purchased, so we cannot provide a fixed answer. However, in general, orders are often shipped according to the following schedule:
Purchasing the products: 1–3 days.
Shipping the products to WorldShopping: 4–9 days.
International shipping: 4–9 days. During holiday seasons or busy periods, international shipping may take 2–3 weeks.
