Kushibiki Story

The design expresses Kushibiki, a traditional technique inherited by Japanese plaster artisans, through Kanazawa leaf. The regular lines change expression like the flow of wind or the movement of water, bringing rich rhythm to the wall.

The distinctive golden shine with subtle tonal depth comes from Kanazawa leaf carefully crafted by leaf artisans. The piece uses plenty of flake-like crushed leaf called momi.

Display Style

The panel comes with fittings that can be attached to picture rails, hooks, and similar fixtures. It can be displayed vertically, horizontally, upside down, or in any preferred orientation. The simple flat panel shape also allows multiple pieces to be combined freely.
